qb-Domus: residents' WhatsApp reports become tracked jobs for property management firms

Pragmatica launches qb-Domus, a ticketing service for condominium management firms. Residents report on WhatsApp, the firm gets an organised ticket, the contractor updates the status from a link.

In an Italian condominium, a single fault rarely arrives once. It comes as a phone call to the firm, a message to a staff member's mobile, a voice note in the building's WhatsApp group, an email two days later. The real work starts after that: working out whether it is the same problem, calling the contractor, keeping residents updated.

qb-Domus is our answer for property management firms. Residents write on WhatsApp, with text, photos or voice messages, with no app to download. The firm receives a ticket linked to the building and, when possible, to the person and the unit. The contractor receives a secure link and updates the status without creating an account. Residents get updates on WhatsApp, and the whole history stays with the job.

qb-Domus works alongside the firm's existing management software: building and contact data are imported from an Excel or CSV file. The service and its data are hosted on servers in the European Union.

We are opening early access to the first firms in Italy. Firms that activate by 31 March 2027 get 12 months for the price of 10.
